# Meeting Itinerary

Our monthly gatherings follow a 2-hour format designed for networking, technical learning, and project sharing.

| **7:15 - 7:45 PM** | **Featured Technical Presentation** | Deep dive workshop or guest demo |
| **7:45 - 8:00 PM** | **Challenge Winner & Wrap-Up** | Prize award, announcement of next month's challenge, and open Q&A |

## Meeting Guidelines

### Participation Tips
- **Arrive Early**: Come at 6:00 PM to maximize networking time.
- **Bring Projects**: Always welcome to share your latest prints.
- **Ask Questions**: Industry news segment is perfect for Q&A.
- **Stay Engaged**: Interactive participation encouraged throughout.

### Presentation Guidelines
- **Show & Tell**: 3-5 minutes per person maximum.
- **Challenge Entries**: Bring previous month's challenge submissions for group judging.
- **Featured Presentations**: Coordinate with organizers in advance.
- **Materials**: Bring physical prints when possible.
- **Documentation**: Photos welcome for social media sharing.

### Meeting Etiquette
- Respect time limits for each segment.
- Allow everyone opportunity to participate.

- Help with setup and cleanup as needed.
