### Special Notice: November & December 2025

**IMPORTANT**: The next two meetups will NOT be on the usual 3rd Wednesday:

- **November Meetup: November 12th, 2025**
- **December Meetup: December 10th, 2025**

**We will resume normal 3rd Wednesday schedule after the New Year.**

### Standard Schedule (Resumes January 2026)

- **Duration**: 2 hours

- **6:00-6:15 PM**: Arrival & Social Time
- **6:15-6:45 PM**: Industry News & Updates (John)
- **6:45-7:15 PM**: Show & Tell (includes challenge judging)
- **7:15-7:45 PM**: Featured Presentation
- **7:45-8:00 PM**: Closing & General Discussion

- **Model Specification Released**: October 13, 2025
- **Submission Deadline**: October 28, 2025
- **Judging Period**: October 29-30, 2025
- **Winner Announcement**: October 31, 2025
